With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data applications, generative AI data centres have become a crucial infrastructure for processing and analysing vast amounts of data. The introduction of third- generation semiconductor technology has brought significant advantages to generative AI data centres. By optimising the crystal structures and material composition of the semiconductors, they offer faster computing speeds while reducing energy consumption, thereby achieving faster and more energy-efficient computing environments.
